[Kevin and Nanamo explore this new place, initially trying to avoid being noticed. It seems to be a huge boat which is reassuring. But it's like nothing they've seen before. Not good. It takes a lot of exploring, but it seems like there's no intercision machine here. They're still all over the ship. But now they're not trying to hide. They're playing. Usually with Slayer. Always trying to get a reaction.]

[Kevin has an inert body draped over his shoulder in an awkward approximation of a fireman's carry.]

John Crichton's in a coma. I'm taking him down to the infirmary. Scorpius, don't bother trying to fuck with him.

[Kevin's actually flipping through a book as the camera turns on. He's not really reading it, just paging through it.]

So Barge High is a thing. What about after high school? Is there any chance of Barge U?

[The Kevin on camera looks older than the one in the infirmary yesterday. He's taller, no longer a gangly teenager.]

[Kevin can't help his grin as he turns on the camera. He's already dressed to leave the ship and is fidgeting with the cuffs and collar of his suit. It's definitely not anything he's used to wearing.] Hey, Stephanie! You said you didn't want to stay here and we're at a port. It's not permanent but... It'd be some time off the Barge. It'll be fun.

[Kevin's been exploring as much of the fair as he can get to. He definitely needs spending money and he doesn't want to have to keep asking Jesse for more. The obvious solution is to hang out in the carnival area a bit and play with fire and paper. Everyone should just assume he's doing some kind of a trick, not magic, right? Besides, it's fun showing off what he can do. If he can make enough money, he'll buy one of those naked paintings over in that art building. If he makes more than that... Maybe he'll stay at a hotel instead of going back to the Barge overnight.]

[Kevin looks over his shoulder as he tests the doorknob. The key part of stealing is not getting caught, after all. It's easiest when no one's around.
